2. Our Response to Valid Notifications

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include:

  • Notifying the user who posted the content

The user whose content was removed may have the right to submit a counter‑notification as explained below.

3. Counter‑Notification (Restoring Removed Content)

If you believe that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter‑notification must include:

  • Identification of the Removed Material: Describe the material removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement confirming you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands and accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate.

4. Repeat Infringers

DataBridgeTech reserves the right to terminate access to the Site for users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable copyright laws and platform policies.
